IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING OUR CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY CLOSURE
We'd just like to let you know that the Wave Learning office will be closed from Friday 22nd December 2023, and we will be reopening Wednesday 3rd January 2024.
During this closure period, staff, trainers, and assessors, will not be available to respond to emails or phone calls.

WHAT IF MY ONLINE LEARNING EXPIRES WHEN THE OFFICE IS CLOSED?
If your online learning is due to expire during our holiday closure period, and you do not think you will be able to complete your work in time, you will need to contact our office by phone no later than 3:00pm Wednesday 20th December 2023 to organise a 2-week extension (at a cost of $25).
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T ORGANISE AN EXTENSION BEFORE THE CUTOFF TIME?
If you do not arrange your extension by the cut-off date and your enrolment period ends during our holiday closure, you will not have access to your online learning until our office reopens on Wednesday 3rd January 2024 and you organise an expired extension (at a cost of $50).

I'M A CHILD PROTECTION STUDENT, WHAT HAPPENS IF I SUBMIT MY ASSESSMENT WHEN YOUR OFFICE IS CLOSED?
There will not be any marking of assessments between Friday 22nd December and Tuesday 2nd January, inclusive.
Assessments will be marked in the order that they were submitted when our office reopens on Wednesday 3rd January.
We ask for your patience when we return in the New Year, as our Assessors work through all submissions received during our holiday closure.
